I HAD REQUESTED SOME HELP I.E. WE ARE REACHING BY UNIVERSAL TRAVERL VOLVO BUS TO CHIDAMBARAM AND DROPING AT HOTEL. BUT IT WAS NOT DONE. WHILE BOOKING THE HOTEL YOU HAVE GIVEN A COLUMN FOR ANY HELP. SO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE COLUMN AFTER BOOKING THE HOTEL AND ALSO WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION FROM THE HOTEL AFTER 48 HRS OF BOOKING THE HOTEL ROOM.

Close to the station..No market nearby...This was very good hotel situated in city, the staff behavior was good at the hotel. Overall it was a very good stay at the hotel... I may not recommend this hotel to my friends for future bookings it was a below average hotel

In Chidambaram this is one of the average hotels since it is relatively new. Some of the other hotels nearby are a nightmare. Good thing about the hotel is that it is very near to the Railway Station and it has good parking facilities. Overall it is OK to stay here for a short period of time.

This hotel property is bit old, recently refurbished in an average taste. Room was cramped, a/c not working, mainly due to power outage, however in the night they manage with generator but the a/c is not effective. Staff is not groomed professionally and they are basic rural folk. The receptionist who worked in the night shift continued in the day with same shoddy sleepy face, which gives a glimpse of poor attitude of the management and their focus on hospitality. Cap parking is there for 3 cars. One can manage for one night in this average hotel as there are no great alternate available in the town.

The location of the hotel is very near to the railway station.If you travel with a light luggage, it is just a 2 min stroll to the hotel.It is not far from the bus stand as well. The rooms are okay for a short stay and if you are Tamil speaking, you can enjoy a chat with the friendly room boys .My 3 year old son enjoyed their company. The complimentary breakfast, pure south Indian, Idly, medu vada, pongal, puri is enjoyable. The rooms are not cleaned even if you ask them to do so. It is perfect for short stays.
