The hotel is rundown and poorly maintained. The carpet in the corridor didn't seem to have been vacuumed in years ! The restaurant was smelly. Nothing much to speak of the complimentary buffet breakfast, but adequate. The rooms are spacious. Only positive point is it's location - close to the Thillai Nataraja Temple : about 15 minutes by walk.

the bathroom doors wouldn't close, rusty taps,torn bed linen and no fans. very near to bus stand and temple. food is ok. one portion of the hotel doesn't have lift. no better choice. chidambaram needs better hotels.

I have recently stayed in Suite its excellent. The room is big enough and view is wonderful. Its very close to temple and Bus stand. They have decent restaurant and taste is also good. I strongly recommends this Hotel for family stay. I would like to suggest that if anybody stays there they should ask the facility they have such as wifi, hot water timings, etc. Because staff are not briefing about all their facilities.

Excellent hotel with very good staff. Senthil at the reception provided excellent service and made the check in a breeze. Kesavan from house keeping was very helpful and ensured all the linen provided was clean. Suresh from room service always had a smile on his face was always eager to help out with good service. My mother who is 85 years old was looked after very well by the restaurant staff. F&B Manager Manikandan took special care of us. The buffet breakfast has improved from my last visit and has a very good spread. The management has spruced up the property and installed RO for soft water, it still looks very new compared to the run down property like Saradha Ram next door. I would request the Management to provide some service to clean the car at a charge of say Rs 50/- as most of the guests are tourists. The rooms are still in good shape but the wooden doors call for some painting.

The hotel is a good walkable distance from the temple. Hot water was there.The rooms although were NOT NEAT. The bed had a lot of stains, the walls looked old, the shower was dirty, the bathroom slab was dirty, etc.. .The food was also just okay and not much vegetarian options are available. Overall experience is okay. I think you can find better options for this price.
