We had a 3 night stay at Shantikunjj and booked the log house for a family of 5 people. 3 adults and 2 kids. There were 2 big beds and 1 single bed. 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. Property maintained well amidst lush greenery on the banks of Badra River. The activities included as a part of the package was poorly organised. The river trek was good and blissfull. The gushing waters view from the restaurant was great. Journey to the river bed upstream was thrilling with a remodelled open ended maruti 800 dragging us through the rough terrain zooming past twigs and branches. The staff is pleasant. The host Carol and her husband were very friendly and responsive. Coffee was a huge dissapointment for a coffee lover like me though they tried their best to serve good coffee. Food spread was ok but not tasty nor good for the value of money. Still appreciate their sincere efforts to keep their guests happy. My son enjoyed the food at Shantikunjj. There are lot of birds we enjoyed seeing there. A good place to relax without moving out. Their hospitality is appreciable.
