Stayed in room no. 302. Pros:main location, spacious room. Cons: No room boy., poor room service, No car parking only road parking at your own risk. Faulty electrical socket damaged our charger. Sleepless night due to kitchen noise above our room on fifth floor, arrogant staff, no hospitality running like a govt. Institution. Management thinks only location and facility is sufficient for their survival. But customer satisfaction is ultimate. All are hype and paid reviews.

The staff was very polite .The food was very good .The housekeeping staff and supervisorr.Shankaru ensured that the room was clean .They were very prompt and professional .The restaurant staff were helpful .Overall it was an good experience although my stay was for more than 10 days , didn't realize that I was away from my home because the entire staff was friendly.

Excellent and well maintained hotel with spacious rooms. Car parking available. Restaurant is available and food is good. Complimentary breakfast available. Best for family.

Rooms are good, restaurant attached. Had lunch and evening tiffins. Located on Main Road, we stopped here while travelling to Vellore. Street parking available.

The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and hygienic. The staff are polite and the service is good. The check in and check out was very prompt. The water in the bathroom was lukewarm in the hot water tap. Breakfast is limited variety but decent. Overall a very good experience. Thank you. Prabha Grand Inn.
