This property offers excellent value for the price, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. While there are a few minor maintenance issues, they do not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.

Very pathetic services manipulation on charges soft drinks and alcohol as well....... recommend not to go anywhere ’’’’

My point of view, feel like not good for family to stay due to Bar available there. But, not like that. There is no issue of bar. Becos bar is separated from the residential area. So. No issues for family stay. For 3 star rating I have some queries. First, room is very clean, but under bed have lots of dust. But, we can't find out easily. Second, all plug point is problem only. Third, near lift getting smell of the drinks. But, these n all nothing effect your stay. Enjoy the stay

My stay at Ajantha Regency Hotel in Kochi was necessitated by an urgent trip and the unavailability of rooms in nearby hotels. While the room amenities were passable, there was an off-putting odor that permeated the space. What truly marred my experience, however, was the staff. The reception, in particular, was notably rude, unlike any other hotel experience I've had. I'm compelled to give this establishment a 1-star rating due to the unwelcoming nature of the staff and the overall unsatisfactory experience.

Go with Lounge Bar ’’.. Ambience is Good ’’ only if you like an open cabin Bar.And the food ’’ is also good. Must try the 'Crispy porotta' with Veg or non veg Curry ’’. Rate is bit high but comparing with the same category it's just okay ’’..There is also a pool table available, if you know to play the same ’’.
