The rooms are of good quality as is the food. Restaurant service is pretty good. The bar staff were less helpful, I came back from a day out and at around 19:45hrs I went to the bar for a local beer to be told they had sold out, however, there was at least a dozen bottles in their fridge, when I challenged this I was told they were all sold, presumably pre sold to another customer but no further explanation was given by the bar staff this is not the way I would expect a hotel of this quality to act and is unacceptable. The location in my opinion is also not very accessible and not close to the city.

Our wedding event was held at this beautiful venue, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the stunning ambiance to the impeccable service, everything was perfect. A special shout-out to Anjana, who went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of’she is truly an asset to this organization. I loved working with her to plan the event. The team delivered on every promise, making our special day unforgettable. We absolutely loved it and highly recommend this place for any event as well as for stays.

One of the best places I have stayed at. Very courteous staff and great hospitality. Everyone was super friendly. Definitely stay here if you’re looking for awesome food, best service and a peaceful trip.

This hotel really won us over with the friendly atmosphere they created. We were always greeted with a smile and consistently asked how they could help us. The entire staff was very approachable. We had some issues with the humidity, which was no fault to the hotel. Even though it wasn’t their fault, they still went ahead and took care of some extra charges. This is a hotel that truly cares about your stay and they will go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Thank you to all the staff that were so attentive to us during our stay, March 3rd-5th!

My husband surprised me at the seafood restaurant for our anniversary and they prepared a four course meal for us. The staff were so friendly and understanding and they even put in effort to decorate the table. The food was very good. The best seafood I’ve had in Kerala. Loved the seafood soup, platter and the seafood bruschetta. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend for a special occasion!
