Book Hotel via oyo rooms but really nice hotel to stay here. Nice natural location behind the rooms. hotel staff is really good to helping you. but there is one problem to Pure Veg food. if you want to eat pure veg foodd going to main market. Hotel restaurant is also provide nice breakfast. Supporting Hotel staff. Room Cleaning alos good.One thing like provide internet wifi in all floor. use wifi in room easily.

Property is OK types, services are slow, especially in the restaurant. However food is tasty. Hotel is a bit away from the city so you need a cab to drive to the city. Room service is slow and not upto the mark, but prices are high.

This is an excellent Hotel and rates are best in whole of city. The restaurant is excellent and they serve all kinds of food. Breakfast was wonderful. Cab charges up to famous LULU mall is around 100 Rs. I enjoyed my with my family from 3rd Dec to 10th Dec 2015. I wish to visit again

Unfortunate and costly experience - had 2 flights booked from Mumbai to Kochi for approx. IR17.000 for 2 people return and could book a reasonable hotel for 9 day for approx,IR18,000 giving total cost IR35,000 =Not a bad deal. Website then advised after filling in all details my INTERNATONAL credit card had to be used fiving a minimum of 5 days notice and threw up the sae message when I changed the date to 5 days prior to making our trip. The Mumbai hotel I was staying up introduced me to an agent who said he good the flights and a decent hotel for total IR36,000 which would be good as he came from Kerala. Sounded OK so I told him to proceed. Day before trip he emailed flight tickets to hotel asking IR38,000 just for the fights, saying he had only priced for a one way trip and he could not get his money back from the airlines if I cancelled. I was totally p...ed off with this but as a compromise paid him IR28,000. He said the hotel in Kochi was the Edassery Manor which was very good and included free Wi Fi an breakfast and I should pay the hotel direct when I was in Kochi. On arrival I offered my credit card as usual for them to get a payment approval, but they took the totl cost of IR17,8000 as a payment. Was a bit dubious at the tired state of the hotel anyway and when shown to our room it absolutely stank and no internet connection. We were then shown a second room in a similar condition. Tjey sprayed the room with a lemon disinfectant type spray which was as bad as the original smell and again no internet. 3rd room was the final straw although there was internet connection. Furniture dirty, tatty and worn and the bedding dirty and smelly and the bed which was supposed to be a king size double was 2 singes made out of chipboard placed together. The lemon disinfectant was administered liberally. We were then informed we would have to pay IR200 every morning extra for breakfast. I hate to think what it would be like We took the correct decision to not stay at this establishment and asked for them to refund my card. They advised they had to charge for one day and that it would take a month to refund the money. After much argument they agreed to pay a refund in cash but only had IR15,850 which left me about 20 out of pocket which I will endeavour to recover from my credit card provider. The manager was when finally persuaded to deal with us rude and bombastic. his assistant was polite but totally incompetent as was the lady on the front desk. The 2 boys who handled our luggage, administered the spray, and tried to get the old fashioned T.V. and Wi Fi sets to work were a bit scruffy but pleasant enough and I actually tipped them IR100. Later discovered we could have booked the hotel on line for IR580 a day cheaper BE WARNED fellow trabellers

I was in Kathrikkadavu for a week, visiting my in-laws to be who stay in DD Platinum Planet next to Edassery Mansion. This hotel was so bad that I stayed in it only one night, after which I shifted to a less conveniently located hotel near Ernakulam Town railway station. A stench of mould permeated the room. The furniture was worn, the carpets threadbare. The wireless Internet never worked. At breakfast I sat for fifteen minutes, looking directly at a waiter who would only stand back and stare at me. Even when, in desperation, I loudly demanded service, I was not served. Finally I gave up and asked for directions to some tea shack. This hotel is the worst in Kaloor. Do not stay here.

Demo Trip Hotel is generally not fully occupied, so inform the Reception on check-in to allot you good rooms. Infact this tip works at every hotel and its better when you have a friendly front desk too.
