Ms Judith is a great host. When we reached the place and found difficult to find the exact place she walked down the street to find us. Greeted with a smile and she kept that smile till the end of the stay. The premises is kept beautiful and clean. Creative landscape for a 300 years old building. Could not have got a better place with such a warm hosting

During my recent visit to Cochin, India, I had the pleasure of staying at Mel Cyprians Eden Garden Homestay for 15 days, from January 21st to February 5th. I must highlight the exceptional service provided by Mel Cyprian. He consistently anticipated my needs, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort without even needing to ask. The homemade food was exquisite, truly making me feel at home. The standout feature of the homestay is its serene ambiance, nestled in the heart of Cochin amidst lush greenery and a tranquil pond. This pond holds historical significance, reminiscent of a time when every grand house had three ponds: one for drinking, one for washing, and one for bathing. Mel has impeccably maintained this historic pond, making it a rare gem in West Cochin today. The homestay itself is immaculately kept, with a serene relaxation area nestled atop a tree. Unlike my usual stays in hotels, this experience was a refreshing change, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and utterly content.

Great tranquil stay amidst a big garden in a 300 year old home. The owner is very helpful, the rooms are comfortable, and the homemade food is great. Lots of cute animals like dogs, ducks, parrots, rabbits and eagles kept as pets by the owner. Only 2kms from all the major attractions in Fort Kochi.

Truly enjoyed this sanctuary! Always happy to come back and feel recharged. Everything here is very self sustainable! I loved their pepper especially!

The owner is really helpful and friendly. Home stay has beautiful garden n birds. However, the pond was too dirty and not managed for a long time.
