The breakfast for which I had to pay was atrocious considering the choice of South Indian Vegetarian items on the menu.What is disturbing is that though we pay for one full day the day terminates at 12 making us pay through the nose for the balance of six or seven hours.Please see if you can force hotels to disband the 12 o clock chk out as it is anti customer and exploitative in nature.

Close to the airport. With the traffic diversion imposed one has to tuen left come under the flyover and drive in. Front office. Friendly efficient and gives you a feel of welcome. The room. I got a well furnished room clean well lit and inviting. The suite has a grandeur that is Not forbidding or overwhelming but easily merges with one's needs. While the bed looks great and is comfortable, the architecture of the bed itself may be slightly unfriendly. The extended border and low height can be a difficulty for few. It was for me. The toilet is clean and classy. Linen provided is also good. I love their food. I have been here many times before. Their buffet is practical and filling. I love Kerala parotta. The best kerala parotta I have ever eaten comes from Flora kitchen. Yesterday too they didn't disappoint. The parotta just melts in the mouth. I had a kerala chicken curry too. . Pure bliss. Anything else said about it will diminish it's rating. Chef great job. The stewards too were efficient helpful, and actually motivating the guest to indulge themselves in the spread. Loved it I must place on record my appreciation for Mr Abhijeet who took my booking on line, his marketing skills and ability to engage with a potential guest. Well done Mr Abhijeet. Looking for hospitality and comfort? Look nowhere else. Kudos to the management. Now why only 4 stars? They can improve.

Amazing hospitality, just opposite to the airport is also a highlight. Nice food and ambience. The reception was also good. Diet coke and diet Pepsi wasn't available in restaurant which was a backdrop. The staff, Avinash Thomas was great out there who is always ready to help you with anything in swift response. Excellent Ambience and food. The entire event was well coordinated. This is the best place to choose if u plan to surprise your partner. The cleanliness of the rooms are appreciative. They have courteous, well mannered staff.

Excellent hotel located right opposite to the Kochi Airport. Extremely clean and comfortable. The thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful. It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody.
