A nice modern hotel, fairly average rooms with clean bathrooms. Service was good. Wide variety at the buffet breakfast. There is only one problem no proper parking.

It was a below average property. Room was in a very bad condition. Food was ok. Staff was not that trained. Service was not good.

It was little disappointment when we reached there around 10PM they said there is no food available and the manager asked us to go out and have food at that time. The lift was not working as we were in 2nd Floor and we are senior citizens. A/c in the room was not working there was also a hot water problem. Service was poor in the hotel. Otherwise complimentary breakfast was good. Location was fine.

The rooms were spacious with clean bed sheet and pillows. It was very convenient location very close to railway station. I had my food in the restaurant it was horrible in taste. Service was bit slow of the staffs but it was manageable.

I would recommend only people travelling alone to stay here and also if you prefer a room without AC. Apart from that the service is not even upto the mark and the staff are terrible. Avoid this place if you can.

On my arrival at Kochi by air the pre-paid taxi driver took me to this hotel. Just checking-in for a double bedded AC room with my wife and two daughters went out for local sight-seeing. We returned to hotel at 10.30PM after having dinner outside. But to our shock, AC did not work, there was no water jug/glass, no mosquito repellent in the room. Night attendants did not listened to our repeated requests. Whole night was horribly spent fighting mosquitos without sleep. Intending Travellers of Kochi, beware of this horrible hotel.

Its the worst hotel i have ever seen in my life . the rooms were duty, no light in bathroom, thy never provide us bedsheets we stayed for 2 days. within this 2 days, they never came to change bed spread, or pillow cover, they havent gave us bedsheets no water jugs inside, for 2 days we bought water from outside. the dustbin was filled, they never came to remove or clean that. cupboard was full of dust, thy kept newspapers inside to hide that i jst want to see how other rooms are, but all rooms locked in that floor, hope we are the only people stayed in that hotel for those 2 days 2 days there was no light in bathroom, and the doors are in bad condition sleeping in the bed was really horrible , seems like sleeping in an wooden piece i can openly say, this hotel is not suitable for a comfort stay. its advantage that its near the railway station

This was our experience at Gaaman hotel. A rickshaw driver took us to this hotel saying this was a good family hotel. The entrance itself was water logged and impossible to cross on foot. We paid an advance of 3000 rs for two rooms (1500 each). Unfortunately we did not check the rooms before paying. Once we got the rooms, boy, they were in bad condition. All blankets and bed sheets were dusty, old worn out furniture and no water in taps. The climax was when I tried to sit down on a wooden chair in the room and it broke !! I could have injured myself. This was only about one of the two rooms. Witnessing this condition I hurried to the other room. Here someone had left the toilet tap running and the entire toilet was clogged. Same condition here too, dusty bed sheets, wet patches on walls. We got to the reception and demanded our money back. The receptionist calmly said that "we have given 200 rs to the auto driver as commission we cannot give that back, at most I will pay you 2800 back". How are we responsible if the hotel gives out 200 rs to the auto driver? She persisted and said we should have checked the rooms before paying money. Is it our fault that you have such rooms? That too in a big hotel where you charge 1500/- per day? We finally walked out with 2800/- Rs knowing we had been cheated for Rs 200. This hotel has not been professional, ethical and hospitable.
