Its located in the center of the town. Food was tasty. Room was spacious with good furniture. Staff and service was excellent. Its an ordinary property and still have chances for betterment.

The stay was average in this hotel. Room was average not so great in looking. Staffs were fine in their service. Hotel has restaurant were I had my food it was also average in taste. Overall it was an average stay in this hotel.

It was a poorly maintained property. The staff service was poor and the room was extremely dirty. The bed sheet was old and used one. The toilet was stinking. Apart from that the food facility and location was manageable.

It was a dis-satisfactory stay. Everything was not up to the mark & there is a scope for improvement in all aspects. Definitely its not a 3Star property.

My sister and I had a decent stay at this hotel in Nov 2011. The check in process was smooth and the rooms were clean enough. There was no toilet paper in the toilet though. So, we had to make do with the water gun which isn't too bad a situation. There is practically no views from the hotel. We were on the 6th floor and there was a big billboard right outside our balcony on our hotel building itself (Thanks for that!). But we didn't care much since we were there for some urgent and important work. We ate at the restaurant downstairs and I would rate it as a 4.5 on 10. The complimentary breakfast is not bad. With limited choices, it is the best one can do before heading out early in the morning for important work. The free coffee that came with the complimentary breakfast was terrible though. (But overall in Kerala, you don't find decent coffee. It's all Tea) We experienced a small glitch during our check-out. We had paid through Hotels.com but we didn't bring the print out. So, the reception desk made a big fuss about it. It is just a matter of logging into their email and seeing if there has been a confirmation / payment from Hotels.com. They ended up doing that but kept constantly telling us how it was our mistake not to bring the confirmation print out. So, that left a bitter taste in our mouths..

I 'm staying in this hotel since 7th march 2011, today is 8 mar 2011. time 7.15 am... hotel authority has sub divided the job for better service( I think) but people down the line , who are responsibile for delivering the service to meet the org. MOTTO " HOSPITALITY IS OUR MOTTO", are missusing the system. Every deptt in the hotel just transferring the job to other by saying " you call room service/ you call housekeeping etc". Such a pathetic situation of service in hospitality sector I've never ever seen. Its almost an hour past , we have yet not recevied drinking water...... In God's own countary..

A good neat and clean hotel and very reasonable in price. Being lcoated in the centre of the city in Kochi, it is very well located and most places are not far off. Room was reasonable well maintained and good in appearance. Being not a new hotel, the ambieence was of the 70's style and reflected it. The food served was platable. Room service was good and prompt.

I had been this hotel for a few days but I found it more authentically than any other hotel , its service and room charges is excellent to give us a nice boost to stay more days in Gods own city, Kerala

Worst..... Worst.....

Worst experience I had been to your Vegeterian restaurant of Hotel Cochin Tower on 21/02/10 at 6.10pm with my family.There was no one in the restaurant at that time and it took nearly 10minutes for a staff to come and ask for what we wanted. The AC was not working in the restaurant and it was really hot. We ordered 2 fruit salad with icecream. The same was served at 6.45pm (for which we had to wait nearly 25 minutes). It was the worst fruit salad I have ever had in my life. I asked the waiter to give me the bill when we were having the fruit salad so that I need not wait again for the same. He replied that the bill amount is Rs.110/- and even after teeling him once more to give me the bill he didn't do so. In the mean time while we were waiting in the restaurant, we could clearly hear your staff giving ugly comments about some guests who were staying in your hotel in loud voice which was very disturbing for us.
