Clean and tidy rooms. I enjoyed the mouth watering local fish curry which was spicy but tasty. The hotel staff are helpful and efficient. The TV in the room was giving faulty reception but was promptly addressed by the room service.

Its better to stay in lodge than the hotel. It is not worth Rs 1035/-. it should be roughly about Rs 400/- only. Room Service is pathetic. I have been taken ill for past 4 days since, I ate food from that hotel.

Really very bad hotel. I booked room 04/03/25 Already paid 1445, reception is in front of the building, room is far, cheating people. I didn’t stay there because room is like ghost house. No more guests. Only mosquitoes.very bad service. Also manager raju is cruel minded person. Maybe owner sandeep he doesn’t know what is happening.

I have had the experience of staying in hotel excellency just a few days back. There was no room boys to help with our luggage’s, but the front office staff were very courteous. The restaurant was empty, but the food was good. A few years ago this restaurant used to be full when lunch was served. The staff in the restaurant were very well mannered. Lunch was good. The hotel is at a vantage point near to the South Railway station. If a little more care is taken like they used to do , this is a very good hotel for staying at Ernakulam.

Disgusting. We were there for 4 hours. The bed sheets were used, stained, and smelly. There was pee on the toilet and smelly. Over charged us for a 1 star motel stay - was not good at all. In the middle of night, heard the reception screaming on phone discussing prices. Definitely abuses foreigners.
