Excellent stay here. The deluxe rooms were neat and clean. The glasses were clean with no prints. The helpfulness and attitude of all the staffs was exceptional. The location is pretty good as well. No complaints but just a feedback is their breakfast buffet had very limited options. Surely recommended.

Great experience staying at this hotel. Free airport shuttle to and from airport was a smooth ride. Shuttle arrived very fast for pick up from airport.
Very warm welcome at reception when we reached there around 7:45 pm by a gentleman. He also offered us slight late check out option.
Mr Rix was also helpful during our checkout as he helps us located foreign exchange service close by.
Really god breakfast and friendly staff.
I would recommend this place.

A prestigious hotel adjacent to North railway station. Two minute walk from townhall metro station. Have all amenities including sufficient parking. Many events take place here. One of the many landmarks of eranakulam town.
