Hotel Span International

This is no 4 star hotel by any stretch of imagination. The rooms are pretty average with basic things missing due to bad service. For ex. Single beds attached to make a double bed, only one towel provided for couple booking, spoons missing with tea/coffee prep setup etc. There was a strange mixture of smells in the hotel lobby coming from the bar and the kapoor they burn to try to mask the liquor smell. Hotel corridors are dimly lit almost all the time, making it difficult and even feeling of unsafe while navigating. Do not recommend at all.

I had a generally pleasant stay at Hotel Span International, but there were a few issues that prevented me from giving it a full 5 stars. The hotel's location was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. However, I did experience some problems with the air conditioning, which didn't seem to be working properly. Hotel is located in the middle of city. Well connectivity by metro & public transport. Room is well maintained, cleaned & spacious. Break fast provided by hotel were superb and we all were satisfied with the food But room service is very slow.

I liked the staff members in this hotel specially Ms Lekha the front desk manager. She’s one of the type any employer would love to have in his leading staff list. I observed the staff attentive, helpful and together they work as a team; for the guest it’s a welcoming experience making them feel better taken care. I give full credit to the service standards.

I had an incredible overnight stay at Hotel Span! The moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning front area. The room was cozy and beautifully designed with sleek interiors, making me feel right at home. To top it off, the breakfast spread was delicious!
