I stayed at keys cochin for a vacation. Room was excellent. A pleasant environment with brillant service. Even at this pandemic situation, service personnel was ensuring a warm and comfortable feel. Keys special..fish curry and palak paneer was exemplary.Special thanks to chef and Rahul. Service staffs are asset to this firm.

I am basically a keralite and live just behind the Keys Hotel . Of course I have visited the hotel many times before but this time the visit was for a different reason . As the covid 19 pandemic surges in Kerala , I checked in as part of the standard protocol as per state and central policy . I was warmly greeted on check in and the hotels team was well trained on the covid 19 Guidelines and precautions , they were strict and assertive when it comes to safety which is well appreciated . As I had to stay for a week and thinking of getting stuck in a room was worrying me as I had never been restricted before . But then these are unusual times . The service and hospitality were top class and never felt at any point that i am stuck or caged here . The f and b team which included Ramesh and Johny ( I hope these are right ) were special , they would ensure that I am well fed and would try their best to accomodate all my requests . I am a late sleeper and get up delayed but the team never stuck to rules and always ensured that i never skip a meal . Ramesh would ask me what time is suitable and always tried his level best with a smile . Chef Deepak's service and attitude to work out the best kerala dishes was a great revelation where in he created excellent variety and spread for the in room dining . He ensured that I am well taken care off and every request was taken positively , He would even check up on me as to whether any change or modification is required for the food being prepared . He had instructed the team to look after my well being and that was a great relief when you are stuck inside one room . There was nothing difficult for chef as he surpassed all the grades of food production and service . excellent all the way and thank you so much !! At check out , the reception team led by abhijeet was excellent . He went out and foudn transport for me pro-actively . The team was smiley and very attentive indeed . God bless the team to Keys as this visit was memorable although initially I was feeling anxious to stay inside one room without any access to the outside world . The team made my stay comfy and excellent . I hope to see them all again soon once all the services are back to normal and will recommned the hotel to all my friends . It's indeed great pleasure and excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Escpically, the food was too delicious and the service from the in dinning department provided us in a high quality standard.

A nice stay overall. The room was nicely decorated with towel art and heartwarming messages from the staffs. Would specially like to thank dhidin and team , chef deepak and whole kitchen team, service team for prompt service, the front desk team. Thank you all!
