Le Maritime

by far.. the best mid range stay in cochin trip. everything was good. Clean room. Good staffs. mid range hotel which provide best service. Quiet rooms. Facing sea water and fishing boats was a good view. very good breakfast and staffs. only thing is next to a main road and that cause some noise and dust if standing outside.

BEWARE! This is not a 5 star hotel by any measurement. Totally let down by Le Maritime and the confused staff. The food was dismal at both restaurants. Couldn't even get basic dishes right, either overcooked/burnt or with no taste, those are the options at Le Maritime, oh add overpriced. No hot water, amenities not working, got stuck in one of the dodgy lifts.no communication between staff, had to be moved rooms due to AC making weird noises and no hot water. Wanted to try and enjoy the pool area but by no fault of it's own the smell of the fish market opposite is overwhelming, not to mention only 1 pool lounges not being broken. Add to that the exposed electrical wires around the pool. The good bits, the room service kept the room neat and tidy and the hotel is well located minus the stench of dead fish the moment you walk outside. We will never return, waste of money. Reccomend others to avoid.

Staffs was very friendly and food is good.pool location is awesome. Easy to reach from highway. Located in Very silent place. Balcony view from morning is superb. Right property to go with family and friends

Staying at the place made me feel like I was expecting too much from life. The pool had a dirty band aid floating in it There is one singular functional lounge chair near the pool There is a fish market directly outside which makes the hotel smell The hotel is not well maintained There is no security at the hotel... at all The check in took forever as they needed a copy of our visas to India The corridors are noisy We got stuck in the elevator Room service sucks The sea food buffet is seriously average And lastly, THERE IS NO HOT WATER Pro The rooms are large

Pros: 1. The hotel was okay. 2. Near to Fort Kochi. 3. House keeping does a neat job. 4. Smooth check in and smooth check out. Cons: 1. Though house keeping does a very good job, it needs multiple reminders to do so. 2. Not a pleasant stay as it was not as per our expectations. 3. Some of the staff members were rude. 4. Would have great if the balcony had a sea view.
