Very bad Hotel door locked night -11'o clock No contact number in outside

Small but we'll maintained rooms. The management is very helpful. Good food at rock bottom rates. Located in the heart of the Cloth Bazaar, this is ideally located for those interested in purchasing clothing. The only sore point for me was the mattress, which didn't have good lumbar support.

Fraud management given fake offers to book the hotel in low cost. After my family came here to check in they denied to check in. Bcs they cannot provide what the price we booked. After 1 and half hour of calling and verified with oyo customer service team they top up the booked amount then the hotel accepted to check in. But whose fault is this. If oyo provided the low cost the hotel also getting indication in the same time of booking. But they didn't called oyo or the customer to verify the amount. They waited the customer to come in and purposefully they denied the check in. I wish OYO enquire about the past history of the hotel and take necessary action. I saw some customer also write the review same. Also the pathetic room service. No cleaning once the guest is check out. You can see the pics of beer bottles. Totally a disaster. Only the happiest thing is oyo customer service solve the issue. Anyway the process take 1 and half hour. Mrs. Varsha senior executive really deserve our appreciation. The guy who transfer our call to the senior executive also deserve our respect. Please don't book this hotel anymore

Well maintained room and love the cleanliness. Must recommend to all who are visiting Kochin near MG Road near Abad Plaza hotel. Affordable Price and Well maintained room in prime location. Just I would like to conclude that kindly correct your location in Google maps rest all perfect. The present location is showing neat the main MG road on the position of Raymond showroom so kindly update the perfect location in Google maps.
