Let me tell you guys, this hotel experience was something else. Right from the start, the staff was so polite and friendly. I had requested an early check-in, and guess what? They accommodated it without any fuss. That’s not all these people actually care. Imagine this, they called to remind us about breakfast. Yes, breakfast! And even though it was a buffet, they didn’t hesitate to help us get the items we missed, right to our table. The room service staff? Equally amazing. Always smiling, always ready to help, no matter what. The warmth and care here are genuine, not just some scripted customer service act. So, if you’re planning to visit this place, don’t think twice. I’d definitely suggest this hotel, a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and people who actually care. ’’

I arrived at Cochin Airport late at night, and stayed here as it was a little closer to the airport than the city center. It was in a quiet location in a calm, upscale residential area, and I slept well. In the morning, I had a delicious homemade South Indian style breakfast on the top floor with a great view. The staff were kind and friendly. The clean rooms with plenty of hot water were comfortable. There is a popular cafe on the first floor, which also served delicious looking cakes. The owner's wife is Japanese, and she gave me advice about sightseeing in Cochin. It's a comfortable inn where you can stay with peace of mind even if you arrive in Cochin late at night.
