No.18 Hotel

Went to kochi after 5 years...didnt know where to stay...booked this hotel cause it looked good and then was very very impressed by the staff and quality of this hotel. Got upgraded to the suite room straight away, welcome drinks and East check in....loved every minute of it and recommended it to all my family to ended up staying there as well!!!

Fantastic and helpful staff ! Especially Tanya and sirfan helped us a lot to find out all those sites out here in fort kochi !!delicious food out there in raintree restaurant. The rooms were pretty much cleaned and proper arranged. Would definetly recommend to others.

Staying here for a 2 nights was amazing.clean rooms with good hospitality services.well served food.walkable distance to the histrorical monuments. The chinese fishing nets The portugese indo musieim I really had a good time out here ,

One of the best hotel in town Delicious foods with some good flavour and diffrent ways of cooking styles and garnishings Beautiful ambience as well as staff was really helpful Qissa cafe was one of the main for breakfasts 18 degree was the best food for seafoods and some chilled beer Rain tree was perfectly good to have some North Indian dishes

cleanliness of room must be improved very poor the staff are not welcoming. Room must be cleaner windows not clean bed sheet has marks staff upon arrival did not come to take luggage We had to remove all our luggage No hygiene, no proper uniform for the staffs
