Park Residency Kadavanthara

The bar is poor in service and cleanliness especially the first floor bar. You can find lot of Coakroaches even in the table. They don't clean table after every customer as they put a cloth in the table which is not at all clean.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The parking space was spacious and well-organized, making it hassle-free to park. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and attentive to every need. The room was impeccably clean and hygienic, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Overall, a great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience and quality.

Mainly it’s not ment for family. The bathroom was pathetic, no water and the flush tank had leakage. The room service was really bad and the staffs were annoying. Have to wait 2 or more hours for their service. Not kids and women friendly. At night there were drunk yards all around. Not safe for family. Lift was not even working. And we could take the lift only through their bar, and even that was not working. Never choose this hotel for a family or business stay. And don’t know how they got that 3star. Really pathetic

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Door lovcking system should check and improve.

It's expensive compared to any other 3 star or 4 star hotels. I don't know how it is listed in 3 star category hotels.the atmosphere is really annoying.The hotel is surrounded by drunkards.night time fully noise of drunkards.its absolutely not food for families as well as avoid going there with small children because they are gonna learn lot of words which is not included in dictionary.
