We arrived at PJ Princess somewhat broken after our flight was delayed 30 hours and then our luggage went missing too. David and his team could not have been more helpful ensuring we had everything we needed (including a phone charger) and arranging a car so we could buy essentials the next day. They also chased up the airline for us to ensure we got everything back. Missing luggage aside the hotel was spacious and immaculately clean, the staff were all very welcoming, the food was lovely and service was outstanding all round. We found the hotel offered excellent value for money too, something we appreciated all the more when we stayed somewhere on Fort Cochin which cost twice the price of PJ Princess but lacked the warmth of staff and same level of service.

Situated 5 km from the ferry terminal on Vypin island the Hotel is situated off the main road making it quiet and peaceful. Good security, very helpful and friendly staff. The grounds are well maintained and well presented. Food was good and tasty with good portion sizes. The room was well maintained, very clean and comfortable.

Visited PJ Princess for a small gathering of 15 people. The ambiance was very good. Food was tasty and staff was courteous. Children enjoyed boating and other activities arranged in the Resort. The overall cost also very good considering the services that we got.

We stayed here for 2 days, it's a nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are clean and spacious with all facilities available at right place & time. Only drawback is the location of this hotel which is slightly remote.

Staff particularly the senior ones are very friendly & helpful.Room is large & clean.Surrounding is very quiet as it is located in a remote part of the island. Cons: Wi fi does not work well. One day there was a lizard in the room.
