The Renai Cochin

I had a great stay at Renai. Very very friendly staffs. Very helpful and give utmost comfort to guests. Swimming pool is neat and clean.Food is great with limited options but delicious. Lulu mall is 5 mins and wonderla is 15 mins from here. Its close to metro too. I would definitely come back here again.

We had a fantastic team lunch at Renai Cochin. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a group gathering. The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes that catered to different tastes. The service was prompt and courteous, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend it for team outings or family get-togethers!

Speedy and smooth check in. Courteous staff. Room is large with all new fittings. Though located in a busy locality, inside the room was quiet and peaceful. Large parking area. But we have drive out into a jam packed busy road.

Booked a banquet hall for kids 1st birthday party. The hall and food were awesome. The service provided by everyone was great except the main person I interacted with throughout the booking process. That is the only reason for giving 3 stars. I had asked for a small hall as there were only 50 people expected but he said another booking came for the hall and said we can go with a bigger hall for 50. I had done the booking through the phone and paid the amount as my cousin had already visited the place. When I went to see the hall later he was not very welcoming. That part was also okay. But just 2 days before the event he calls and asks if we can move to the small hall as they received another booking for the big hall. Since I had already sent the invitation and all did not want to change at the last minute and politely declined. He was like I promised 60 people which I never did and cut the call abruptly. I called and asked why he was doing this and said it was a signal issue. That was the last interaction. Never even bothered to come to the hall during the event or even a courtesy call to check how everything was.

We had a team lunch at Renai Cochin, but the buffet was disappointing with limited options. The starters were also minimal, and the non-vegetarian choices were significantly fewer than the vegetarian ones. The food quality was not up to the mark’though beef, pork, and chicken were available, none were worth the buffet price in terms of taste and price. However, the hotel's ambiance and vibe were good. Overall, I’d rate the buffet lunch 2 out of 5.
