Hotel was below my expectation. Room was very old and not maintained well. The whole hotel looks dull as if theres no life, the management have decided to save the electricity i guess, they used to switch off the lights in the lobby & in reception. Service was average & there was no plugpoint to charge my laptop. Its not worthy for the money paid. Definitely 'No' for Business travelers.

The hotel is centrally located. The room is nice except the quality for our dinner in the restaurant is so so. It can be recommended, this is the first time we are in Kerela.

Hotel is located centrally in the main city. Our room was clean and neat with all the necessities. The staff members were efficient and polite in their work. The breakfast served was of high quality. It is good value for money.

Excellent quality for money and amazing service ! Clean and spacious rooms, good location and restaurant and a rooftop pool. But the service was a real standout! Staff always smiling warmly (even when I spilled coffee’) and ready to help with anything; Rose was just amazing, she helped me arrange a very authentic backwaters tour at a great price and assisted with all the details.

It is very far from COCHIN airport , almost more than one hour. The hotel is so so in amenities because there was only one hand towel & two big towels to use after the shower. The rooms are decent. Some rooms with king size beds have a suite with a small living room with two big couches. Their dinner is very nice. And breakfast is also superb with south indian dishes & continental breakfast, tea, coffee etc. Overall it's good in a very busy area but there are few hotels in the same area . We enjoyed .

Full of small insects in the bathroom which entered the room n gave me severe allergic swelling. Got subsided only after taking cetzine tablet for the same. They renovated the hotel without cleaning the air vent I believe. Overall a very bad experience from Mohanlal hotel during Pongal holiday.
