We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, the experience was very satisfying. The rooms are very nearby to railway station and very nearby to many busy markets. Food is really good specially anything with sea food in it. Try the authentic kerelan dishes, they are really good and stay away from the buffet dinner. The buffet dinner is not up to the mark, even the fish thali was way better than the so called "switch-off-all-lights-in-the-room-and-light-a-candle-at-the-same-table" dinner. Reception is very good as they mend their rules as per your needs and not so stiff to make you uncomfortable, they even allowed for extension of checkout due to genuine reasons. Overall a very good experience with the hotel hope to stay again in future.
