This is a very good hotel. Clean rooms, awesome ambience. Has it's own restaurant. Restaurant has limited options on menu. Food is average, service at the restaurant is slow. Room service is good. Hotel is located in between Cochin airport and Athirappilly falls, which is what I wanted. Falls is located at around 20 km from the hotel. You need to have your own commuting if you want to book room here.

1. Its more than 10 KM away from airport.Its after airport, ( usually airport is located outside city, this property is even more outside the city).As a result transport facility is not properly available.Hotel people is suppose to arrange and pay for the airport transfer but I had to pay 500 Rs for this small distance.I would have got a lot of better quality hotel near airport. Rooms are always available in any hotel near to Airport. So always avoid this Hotel as its not cheap not even there is no free drop service to airport. 2. Hotel location is in a village so one have to totally depend upon this hotel for even food.Food quality was horrible. At the end of the Kerala trip me and my wife had to take poor quality food. So if you go for this hotel always take biscuits and cakes for dinner. 3 AC was not working properly. I had to call manager to fix the AC but still after maintenance AC was still not working properly.This is not excepted in a so called " 4 Star " property. So it was a horrible sleep. 4. Only thing I got is the behavior of the hotel people was too good & they are helpful. 5 Bar is available with the hotel. In short I would suggest AVOID THIS HOTEL

The center offers daily yoga, meditation and pranayama classes, delicious organic food, a renowned national Ayurvedic pharmacy... Maybe one of the few centres of excellency in Ayurveda in India. The Vedic concept of the Healing Village makes it like a boutique retreat with a cosy atmosphere, intimate and peaceful.

We stayed here for three days. Attractive and contemporary style base marred by very poor service. Rooms were not cleaned daily and we had to constantly ask for extra toiletries, bath towels and toilet paper. Staff spoke minimal English, wifi erratic, meals rather hit and miss and room service was very slow. This hotel should invest in double glazing as we were constantly woken by prayer meetings and singing amplified by loud speaker which seemed to be under our window. It got quite stressful at times trying to make yourself understoo. The rooms, when cleaned, were comfortable but very dark and with dark wardrobes you had to struggle to find your clothing. This hotel is OK for a short stay but bring your own torch and be prepared for the unexpected.
