Travel Guru messed up the holiday for me and my wife because while they confirmed the stay for 4 nights, the hotel said that they had the room available only for 2 nights and that they had not confirmed the rooms for 4 nights. Travel Guru was unable to sort this out with the hotel and as a result I and my wife had to hunt for a new hotel after two nights. During this time, i spoke to atleast 7 different people at Travel Guru and every time i called, i had to repeat the whole story since it seems that Travel Guru does not have a way of keeping record of issues / complaints. I have been promised to be given refund of 2 nights stay within 5 working days (since i had paid for 4 nights). Let us see whether Travel Guru keeps this promise in a timely manner or not.
