I was stay between 15th to 77th NOV, 2016 in this resort and this is the worst resort which i have seen my life. Very bad condition of rooms, torn bedsheet, dirty floors, horrible room service, AC is not working, telephone are not wroking, gyser in very bad condition, tastless food like railway canteen, swimming pool is very dirty and in pathetic condition,...
Visit to the Club Mahindra Property was rejuvenating. The facilities at the resort is superb, The hospitality is excellent. Overall, a nice place to chill out when you have time to cut off from the world and take a short break.
There are no facilities as claimed on their website. A simple thing like toilet paper is not available. Food is bad, staff behavior is extremely route, rooms are bad with sewage flowing from pipes. Overall extremely bad experience resulting in spoiling of one's holiday
We 5 people stayed there in Jan 2016, The experience was horrifying. The hotel was absolutely a disaster and seems to be a animal house to us. As soon as we entered the property, after looking around we realized that we have wasted our money and asked for refund. The manager present there refused and then we also called owner of the property but still no luck at all, they seems to be too reluctant in giving us refund and all it seems to us was a trap where we have lost our money and there was no way but we have to go though this. There was no cleanliness at all. The rooms, the pool, the dining area were too dirty. In the ground there was cat and dog crap. The food was very low quality, you can get more tasty food on the "dhabas" on the highway. There was a water scarcity in the washrooms, you had to wait for an hour if the 2nd person has to take a bath. We asked for Safari from the hotel and they provided it to the zone "Sitapuri" which is not even in the Offical tiger reserve zone and charged us Rs 3500 for 1 gypsy. All in all its an unforgettable experience which I am sure I would never like to rethink again!!!
We stayed here on 26 Jan,2016 for 01 Night and had booked 03 rooms (luxury cottage). We made the booking through V Resort , Noida office @ INR 3000/- MAPAI .We were 03 family along with children. We all enjoyed here very much. We arrived here at around 01:00 P.M. Hotel was quite far away from main town and Corbett (approx 10/12 KM) , but as we all have our own cars , so it was not major issue for us. Check In was smooth and rooms were provided to us without delay. We impressed with the rooms style and their decoration , as those were built with forest and natural style.02 rooms were on 01st floor and 03rd one was in ground floor. That room was full of some type of smell, and later on as per our request , it was changed and we got the room in 01st floor. Resort is spread in a large area with open ground for relaxing and playing. One side it was touching the boundary of Corbett and another side there were huge field and farms with good view.At night bonfire was arranged for us and we all enjoyed it very much. Meal was good and room service as well as food service was quick.Staff was polite . But it was not properly well dressed and some of them had chuppel in their feet.It was pleasant weather and children played there a lot . Rides and seesaw were also there . Another drawback was that some portion of restaurant was not clean . There was a lot of garbage dumped openly in the field . Rooms were quite big with enough space. Every room has open balcony. Rooms and bathrooms were net and clean and all the rooms were equipped with flat screen LCD TV..There was big swimming pool but it was not well maintained. As some garbage was filled into it and some broken bear bottles were lying near the pool. Next day morning we went for safari and after come back, we enjoyed the breakfast which was tasty with 03/04 varities. Overall we all enjoyed the property and had comfortable stay there.
