We stayed there for one night. Rooms are clean and spaceous. Activity room is there where you can play TT, Carrom, Chesss, Badminton. Daily there are activities like nature walk, karaoke etc. During our stay the planned activity was not conducted but I can't completely blame the staff for it as no guest except us came out for activity. The breakfast is good. The best thing is the staff and service. It was the eve of our anniversary and my wife planned a surprise, not only they helped her...they even provided a complimentary cake as a surprise gift. Would recommend it to others.

Visited Jim Corbett in Feb ,2017 .Had booked 2 rooms for one night thru Make my trip .This hotel is little bit inside so you have to pass through a rough patch but Hotel is good and well maintained . Rooms are big (lights should be little brighter in rooms) . Intercom was not working and there was no networking my room to make call for room service, so faced little problem to go to reception every time needed any services. On positive side buffet dinner and breakfast was good .Suggestion - If you are booking more than 1 room and want adjacent rooms , call the hotel in advance , as I faced problem , I was travelling with my aged mother and they did not give me adjacent rooms as they told me , I should have called them in advance to notify this and all rooms are booked allotted already .Overall value for money for one night.

we stayed in this hotel for one night but the experience was wonderful. the food served was very nice and the buffet was having variety of items. in evening they organised games and activities for all the guests and we enjoyed a lot there. staff were nice and couteous, one thing i felt was the room lights were quite low. Overall, it was a happy stay for us..will recommend others for staying here..

I stayed here in mid December 2016. The first thing one notices is the weird entrance to this hotel; it's shabby and can put off anybody! The rooms are really big but not maintained well; one can notice dust all around. Same goes with the restaurant, that also lacks proper maintenance. On a positive note, the breakfast has variety and is delicious. They have evening activities daily which though not very appealing, yet gives you a reason to step out of your room and do something different with the other guests at the hotel like singing, dancing or simply enjoying the bonfire in the winters. Staff is just about okay. No hassles but they will not go an extra mile to make your stay a little special. The feel of the entire property is really nice...if they could just maintain it a little better, it could make your good experience a great experience.

Since the day we entered in this so called resort my holiday turns into a worst nightmare. Worst manager (naivedya) I have seen in my entire life. I booked 3 rooms in this resort. Room no. 101,102,107. They didn't provide us any dental kits, no bathroom kit. After calling multiple times at the reception they provide these kits. Well it was just a start. While using bathroom there were no hot water supply. We again called the reception. Then they gave us water for frshen up. Unclean bathrooms they had. Then we went to there karaoke night hahahaha it was really funny. There were around 30 people at the garden but was expecting there singer to sing and he was like in his own world. Somehow how we manage to spend our night. But next morning suddenly there manager( naivedya )came to our room and said ( sir aapko room Khali karne padenge coz hamara group Ara hai ) it was 10 am in morning that time. I said our check out timing is 12. But he said it's 11 but you have to check out rite now. After a 10 minutes argument he said you can stay till 12 but you have clear two rooms and all of you can stay in one room. After the argument we decided to stay in one room because any how we have to leave at 12 because we were travelling to Nainital after check out. At the time of check out manager naivedya told us to give the money for wildlife Safari which was 3500. I said we did not went to any Safari but he said it says in my system and you have to clear the Safari bill. Then again we had a long discussion and after arguments he said alright don't pay for the Safari and clear rest of the bill and go from here. During my trip to this resort the manager naivedya always been rude to us and he was also shouting at us at the time of check out. dinner was really disturbing but the breakfast was awsummmmmm. Trust me guys don't go that so called 4star resort. And if you go there You will regret only
