Its a lousy hotel. The room we provided was extremely pathetic, it was too dirty & not maintained at all. Even the bed was horrible. The staff members were totally unprofessional & unhelpful. Moreover the food served was of poor quality as well. On top of it, there we had a monkey coming in our room. This is definitely not a recommendable property.

It is a fantastic property for its price. Service was wonderful, people are very friendly and helpful. The super deluxe room was great. In whole its a great hotel to stay in Dalhousie.

1) I had booked a suite in this hotel, but on reaching there I was offered a 4 bedded room (at the same cost), which was nowhere close to matching the comfort of suite. 2) The floor in the room was not clean, dust covering the floor. 3) For a 4-bedded room, there was only one towel provided. 2nd one was given only on demand. 4) The tap in the bathroom was leaking. There was water all over. 5) The food served in the hotel was terrible. None of the stuff ordered tasted nice. 6) Geyser was not working fine, the water was cold in the morning, even after keeping the geyser switched on for more than half an hour.
