We would suggest not to book this property online. As the hotel people are offering discounted rates to the walk-in client and also they are treated in much better way than the one who has paid in advance. We enjoyed the food in the hotel but service was horrible.

@ViewDalhousie I pre-booked my 3 rooms, 2 days and later I asked for addition of 1 bed in existing room. manager asked me to pay 3600 for additional bed by cash, but I never got bill for that. It's been 7 days and manager is just giving silly excuses like internet is not working

Knly good thing about the hotel is the location. We experienced fantastic snowfall. However everything else was a big disappointment. We gad booked three rooms. Dirty bid sheets, smelly rooms and no water for post 11 am especially no hoter in the cold weather. More importantly this hotel lacks hospitality, extremely poor and no value for money. Will never stay here even if its free of cost. Please avoid this hotel

Services and stay of the property was so amazing just mesmerised from the outstanding services of mr. Ravi sharma, mr. Naveen, mr. Sonu Rana ji were those who made the stay memorable. Do visit dalhousie and stay at this property itself.

I visited this Hotel with my wife in 2011 and liked a lot so, booked this again for family trip (3 rooms). However, much water flew since then and what remained is just disappointing experience. We booked 3 rooms and rooms allocated to us was dark, damp, smelly and unclean. I never expected this kind of service ever. Dirty bedsheets, fused electric lights, torn and soiled bedding and towels. This places is complete mess now, not worth even a single star. They changed our rooms next day however, newer rooms were just slightly better. I am sending pics here to save thousand words here. Food was good but portions were really small. Staff was out of senses, ask for tea without sugar, will serve with sugar, will appear at 10 pm with roti which was never ordered, ask for plain omelet will appear with bread omelet. Hight was when we asked them to take our vehicles out of parking at 8 in morning, we came to know there were no divers. They asked individual guests to move their cars so that we can take ours out. Like this was not enough, while checking out hotel asked for payment in case. Not just bad service but senseless as well.

You have to visit this place for the view if nothing else. And also the breakfast and dinner - it's better than any hotel I've stayed at in India. It has suites on ground and first floor along a path - so a different feel to a typical big hotel building. The cabins are adorable and very comfortable. However it does get very cold in winter so you'll have to use the heater and ask for extra blankets. Service was exceptional from housekeeping. Overall, very pleased.
