Worst experience we had with this hotel in the entire tour. we booked 3 rooms which were provided to us at top floors in which there was no water in the bathroom. After complaining we were provided with buckets of water. So to use bathroom, we need to contact reception to have the bucket ready. Is this the thing we are paying you - Hotel New Palace..?? Moreover the intercom was not working. So we need to get down 3 floors to reception for anything required. One waiter provided us with their person cell number to directly call him for any assistance. And also to use WIFI, we were asked to sit in the reception area as the range was not available in our rooms. If this all a bloody joke going around where you are collecting a good amount of money from customers and just fooling them.?? Intercom, Water in bathroom and WIFI.. these facilities will not be available to you if you book a room in this hotel. Worst part, when we checked-out and complained about all this..Manager at reception was just "Sorry" and nothing to say or compensate. And another manager stepped in and started arguing with us to leave the hotel. He just missed getting a hard HIT from us.. @Trip advisor Kindly never recommend this hotel to any customer.
