While the ambience and location of the hotel..makes it a great choice for people on business late the hospitality of the hotel is getting pathetic. I usually stay at this hotel during my business trips to Daman. They should send their hospitality staff on some training as all of the staff seems like......unqualified people who dont know basic serving rules.

Had the occasion to stay at the hotel recently. We were initially attracted by the ambience of the open air & A/c restaurant of the hotel. However the rooms turned out to be disappointing. I doubt if they have a facilities manager at the site who cares about the day to day cleaning or maintenance requirements. And may be the owners have never been around for ages or if visiting are blind to the state of maintenance. The hotel seems to be running purely on the goodwill of the restaurant or may be because of the proximity to the Amaliya industrial area. But talking of food, the complimentary breakfast that went with the room was also very basic & sparse. I was really surprised to find foreigners and senior company executives staying in the hotel. The hotel has a new wing- which might be in a better shape of maintenance. A good property with great potential but sadly neglected.

The hotel is nicely located and has a wonderful restaurant both for veg as well as non-veg foods, but the rooms need lot of attention from the owners. It seems they have not paid any attention to the hotel rooms for several years. If the rooms are renovated, this could become one of the best hotels in Daman

I had a worst experience in this hotel, no drinking water in room rather you can find an empty jug with 3 glasses, forced to buy water bottle. Poor food quality, hospitality was poor, worst buffet and persons (employee) present there. Rude receptionist with improper response and information. Full of smoking smell

We went for a business trip in Vapi for 3 days and we had been to this hotel for 2 continuous evenings. The food quality & consistency is just great. Though, we never stayed in this hotel, so cant really comment about quality of room stay.
