Had no choice as all hotels were full. However the staff was good. The Rooms i.e. cottage one in the front was good. However the interior was average. It was clean but some what seemed awkward. The breakfast was also good. Overall good experience.They need to refresh their rooms, overall a good experience.

Stay away from such hotels. These are big scams. Pathetic service and rude behavior of staff. I have travelled across the whole country but never have I witnessed a room service guy asking me to hold the t.v antenna in such a way to watch it, a manager scolding me for asking to delay the check out time for half an hour, a receptionist outrightly and unapologetically rejecting payment from card because their machine's signal strength is low. The quality of food, constant reminder of extra charges by waiter for any price of food you order is not the only thing that bothers me. It is also the condition of the flush, jet and non availability of geezer at the time of December in a room which costs you 3.5 k for a night. It's my bad luck along with the bad advice of the autorickshaw driver which landed me here.

we ordered for fried rice in night ,our children had it before us and when we tried to serve our self,we found that the rice had no basmati smell,also the color of rice and the stiffness of the rice was not original.then we notice that it was mixed with artificial rice. we immediately informed it to manager but he denied to attain the complain in room,hence at 10:30 pm we have to go down to reception and had argument with manager and then he escalated it to owner where he to denied about duplication. Next morning the owner apologized him self about the incident. But while bill payment they charged for all three plates of fried rice,it was horrible and we were sad only because our kids ate it before us not for bill. My request is to all is please be sure with food before serving it to ur kids.
