We visited exotic home stay on 18th and 19th Feb 2017. Like the name suggests the place was quite homely and exotic. The place had its own pros and cons(cons being quite few). Pros: Rooms:We stayed in the russian wodden cottage and the rooms were quite clean and cosy. Even the deluxe rooms had a nice view and balcony. Activities:The game room was suprisingly very well maintained, especially the carrom & snooker table. They were constructing a swimming pool when we had visited. Food: Food served was quite delicious. Although one drawback was that only thali system was available. We tried all 3 varieties(chicken, veg and fish). The fish thali was the best. Staff: Manager and staff were friendly and helped us throughout the trip. Cons: Location: Beaches and other tourist attractions were a bit far from the stay (approx. 12kms for the nearest beach) Overall a great and relaxing place to visit with your family. Kudos to the staff for making the stay homely and relaxing.
We were 3 couples who booked this hotel..We opted for family suites and we were very happy with our choice of the hotel as well as rooms! The best part was a nice cosy gallery with had a swing and 2 chairs and tea table..loved to have morning tea there! The rooms were very clean..the linen used was clean too! The games room had carrom table, tt table and pool table..though would say there is a scope of improvement for games room in terms of lighting nd ambience.. The staff was prompt in serving us..and they arranged a special dinner table upstairs on their terrace upon our request! We thoroughly enjoyed those dinners..The food was tasty but they only provide thali system nd starters which could be a drawback..its a cosy place away from the hustle bustle..We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at exotic homes dapoli and looking forward to visiting again! We stayed on 9th to 11th December 2016! Thumbs up to exotic home stay!
We had been to Exotic Home stay, Dapoli for our office picnic. We had booked all the rooms for 3 nights. The property is very well maintained. The hospitality was remarkable. The interaction with the owner Mr. Rahul and Manager Jitu was very good. They had arranged for everything the group asked for. Approach was very positive. The stay and food quality was excellent. Certainly recommend this property if you need real home stay away from home.
We went to Exotic Home Stay in Dec 2016 and it was among the most relaxing stays in the midst of nature. Rahul and Asmita - the owners - have put in sincere efforts to build a nice cosy stay far away from the everyday hassles. We stayed in the family suite no 4 and 5. The view from the balcony is amazing, you can enjoy the sounds of birds as you have a warm cup of tea. I would say that the family rooms and the Russian cottages are a good choice if you have senior family members with you. Food was good and simple Maharashtrian treat. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Long and arduous work schedules, and a tiny break in between, a chance to be among nature again.. bought me here to Valnaye, straight from a Melbourne work trip. After a good night's sleep and a healthy poha breakfast, I decided to explore the nearby hillock for a trek which turned out to be one of my most memorable experiences amongst my travels. I left Aryan farms after informing Jitu, the trust worthy managed amongst the ever smiling staff that's am headed into uncharted terrain.. he was unperturbed, asked me to enjoy the trek and asked me what should be kept for lunch; khichdi was my answer! I bravely ventured into the woods towards the hillock.. carved my way through the plants, trees, thorns, and a the whole living world full of tiny living beings. I left the already charted walk paths and steadily moved up the hillock taking my time to admire everything around me, and, eventually made it to the top of the hill.. and worked my way through shrubs and trees to take a look at Aryan farms from far.. was a lovely sight! The dangers of losing way was avoided by my using maps.me to mark my path consistently so that I could find my way back. But my excitement made me take a diff way down the hill and soon was next to my favorite spot.. the rivulet! It looked different this time with not much flow and just a trickle of water flowing.. but the pond it made at a spot among the rocks was still full of life with small fish and clean. I couldn't resist but get into the water. As soon as I got into the water, my soul touched nature and eyes closed as I floated in the water and the tiny fish nibbled away at me happily. The long reverie was interrupted by an excited tiny frog who jumped onto my face and I woke u from my meditative state suddenly hungry for the delicious Khichdi awaiting me. Back at Aryan farms, I was greeted by the always happy staff who fed me one of the most delicious khichdis I have ever had. Happy and content with my day, totally revived of energy I made my way to the hammock amongst the trees in the farm to chill and shut my eyes for a short nap with the breeze on my face.. heaven..Aryan Farms..god bless!
