Hotel was located in a very nice place. There was no noise at all. I stayed there for about a week. Rooms were clean & tidy. It was large in size too. All around there were paintings in my room and they were wonderful. The nicely painted colour of the room made it more attractive. Bathrooms were lovely having all facilities. Amenities of the hotel was very nice i.e Swimming pool was very large. Health club was very nice. They provided us complimentry breakfast in which tea was very good. Stayed at the suite, it was comfortable and had some good views from the balcony. Very nice and good hospitality. Hotel is located in the centre of Darjeeling. It is about 250 to 300 meters from the Toy train railway station, the bus stand and the mall. We ate vegetarian meals at hotel. We ate vegetarian meals at hotel.

Nice hotel with a superb view Nice hotel with a superb view

by Md. Najmus S on February 20, 2017

We (me and my wife) arrived at Darjeeling on Feb 13, 2017 and boarded on the hotel. We had a hill view room. The rooms are not 100% luxurious (hot water service is time limited) but the view we enjoyed in the daytime was simply outstanding. One can see the mount Kanchenjunga from the room if the weather is clear. But u have to pick the mountain view side rooms (rooms on the left side of the corridor). Hotel stuffs are friendly and nice. Food was really delicious. Overall, a good hotel to stay if u are staying for a natural viewing purpose.

The worst hotel in all of West Bengal The worst hotel in all of West Bengal

by Harshil S on February 18, 2017

Firstly at the reception, the Manager/Owner (Dheeraj) is very rude while answering any query. They don't share the Wifi password. They asked us to get everyone's phone and they will enter the password. The hotel is there since 17 years and the blankets & towels have never been washed since then. The bathroom stinks and some rooms have an Indian toilet. The staff is average and they don't usually listen to things until told them thrice or 4 times. Heater charges are different in this hotel that all the rest of the hotels. Heater doesn't work either. On requesting for a change they said there are no more heaters available. Froze to death that night. Food is decent but everything else is just not acceptable. Avoid this place and have a great trip. Thank You

Pathetic behaviour by the manager of this hotel named DHEERAJ Pathetic behaviour by the manager of this hotel named DHEERAJ

by Aayush S on February 16, 2017

Me and my family had booked 6 rooms in feb 2017 from feb 10-13 The towel provided by the hotel in all the rooms weren't washed at all and seemed to be used by millions of people The 'white towel' was mostly covered with black spots The blankets provided by them smelled like someone have just puked on it. The price charged for the heater was similar as the price of a 4 to 5 star hotel which was 500 bucks for 12 hours We had a 12 day trip and visited many places. The hotels over there were much good, maintained and the price of the heater was 300 a day. The worst part was the behaviour of this manager "DHEERAJ". First of all he abused us by throwing his jacket on us, throwing things on the ladies of our family. This guy is very short-tempered. My cousin even got a big cut on his face as the manager threw a metal kind. We had to call the police over there as everyone was too scared now to even step out of the room. Even the father of this manager came and pushed one of my family member. The police had beaten DHEERAJ for such a pathetic behaviour to his tourists People who are about to visit there please i would request you not to go over there And if u want to ruin your trip then please do visit this place If you dont believe this you can contact the police station over there.

Duration of Stay: 2 nights, 3 days Room: Luxury room was provided, towards laden-la road (bit noisy though). it was a small room if you compare to the price. not much amenities in the room (did i just say Luxury?). No chair/table was there. very much congested for 2 people to move around. An age old TV (that too CRT) was there surprisingly, fortunately this antique piece was not working. Asked for replacement - the same was also out of service, Thankfully! You can get a room heater for 300/ 500 according to the size (doesn't come with the room by default) Hot water was not available on day 1 of arrival. But 2nd day on words, we got steaming hot water for survival. We were HARD CORE NON-Veggies hence, we never bothered to try hotel dining options as this was a Pure-Veggie hotel. Also, i should not forget to mention the staff courteousness. they were helpful at times. But there was also one point of time (early morning, about 4am) when we literally had to open the hotel main shutter door & leave for Tiger Hill. we are still wondering if the hotel policy allows its boarders to use the hotel premises as per their wish. Great facility though! Overall it was a mixed feeling about this hotel as our main purpose was not to stay back & relax. Rather, we went out mostly to explore places.

Reasonable and good! Reasonable and good!

I stayed in this hotel for a night while I was on the biking excursion to the North Sikkim.. The hotel is in the main market near the INOX, which is quite accessible.. The support staff was quite helpful and the food prepared by them was homely.. parking is a major problem in the market area and these people were quite helpful in finding out a parking spot for me. The experience and the stay was good( i just wanted a bed and some food because I was dead tired after the drive) What else do you expect from an affordable hotel?
