Housekeeping was horrible. Unclean balcony with black dust sticking to our feet, no foot mats. There was no separate hot-cold water line for rooms. Only very hot or cold water was available at any point of time. Rooms were stinking and not properly cleaned and only one towel for a double bedroom, additional one given only on demand. Room service was very slow, had to remind thrice on most occasions. We had the worst stay ever. Its not at all a 3 star property. No basic amenities, no power backup, frequent power cuts, the mug given to us was broken, you can switch on either tv or fridge as there was only one socket to connect. no proper illumination / lighting in the room, the upper floor rooms were the worst as they were so hot that you cannot sleep there, so we shifted to rooms downstairs, the rooms are not airy and last but not the least the manager of the hotel Mr. vinay was so arrogant and egoistic and temperamental that he never wanted to listen to the customer, he never listened to our problems and spoke harshly and rudely with our entire family of 4 adults and 3 children, we will never recommend this hotel to anyone, people dont waste your money and your valuable time in this hotel, not at all worth staying, terrible experience, anyone wants to know more can email me anytime, totally unsatisfied with the hotel managers behaviour, we have the hotel videos and images also which shows what kind of hotel it was. i can email anyone who wants it, the owner of this hotel Mr Rana has his number switched off all the time, it might be that the the manager must have given us the wrong number of the owner in order to save his job. THis place is a totally waste of money, dont ever go there, there are no road that leads to this hotel, there is a broken road and is inside a village and it took one hour for us to find this hotel, not at all worth staying here, anyone visiting dharamshala and mcleodganj should stay in naddi and only in naddi, the best place and the highest point in mcleodganj and dharamshala. If anyone doesnt believe me, do call msg n email me and i can send videos and images to that person. Please please please dont stay here, not at all worth the stay. u will waste your hard earned money. dont go with their website, looks are always deceptive, this is not a good place to stay, still anyone wants to try please try and u will experience what i had experienced here, u will waste your money.

Good but still under construction Good but still under construction

by singhshilpa on May 19, 2016

This hotel is really far away from the main city. That a big drawback. It has a good view but the hotel is still under construction. My bad experience started when the room that was given to me had locked bathroom which did not open. I asked for a room change , after that I was shifted to 207 then the AC of that room went off stopped working. Though the staff and manager is good. Lot is required on the service front like hot water issue, non availability of menu items etc. Ok but I would not stay next time.

Nice Nice

I had booked a suite in this hotel for 2nd Oct'15 night for the sole purpose of watching the T20I between Ind-SA at the HPCA stadium, Dharamsala. The location of the hotel is a little further up from the main city area, in a splendid location, and if you are looking for peace and calm, nothing can beat it. The hotel rooms are not extraordinary, but quite good. However, what is remarkable is the food of the hotel, excellently prepared and served, though the range is limited. More importantly, I have hardly met more cooperative, decent and marvelous hotel staff in any such private hotel. If you are planning for Dharamsala, you may definitely look into this hotel...

Nothing is Good except the View from the Hotel Nothing is Good except the View from the Hotel

by sameer_sapra on June 30, 2015

Pathetic experience, very poor service, and not well managed property. Except the view of the resort nothing is good in this resort.Services are very poor. Rather managers are running this hotel without any interest. Thier was no warmth and doesnt have the capability to handle large population.Managers rather resolving the issue start giving excuses.

Amazing Place Amazing Place

I recently visited this place, awesome venue & staff is very nice. Food quality is good. Feel like at home. Nice spot to enjoy and relax yourself. The venue is close by a river, which is like icing on cake. Every evening we used to go near the river which is just 15-20 mins walking distance. Serene place to visit.

Very Poor Very Poor

by Som_1583 on December 26, 2014

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon stay in Aug 2014, The hotel looks better in the pictures but in real it was still under construction. We were given the suite, any standard room in a good hotel is much better than so called suite. The bathroom doors were not locking half the lights were not working, there was a mushy smell. After complaining we were allocated to other suite which was marginally better. There were only 4 people as staff 2 owners and 2 staff, they were doing all the stuff from room service to everything. The uncle at the reception wasn't that friendly where as his son understood how to handle customer but still they need to learn and have a long way to go if they want to succeed in hospitality industry. This hotel is absolute No No !
