I booked through OYO and hence got a terrific deal.AC Rooms with Complimentary Breakfast,Mini Fridge,Geysor and Wifi was part of the deal. Got checked in at 12pm and got Rooms on 4th floor(401,407,408,409). Rooms were really good but 401 is a little crampy while other rooms didn't have Mini Fridge.Central Geyser supplied Hot water till 3pm for us. Rooms were very good with good lighting and 32' LCD TV and a small balcony. The bathrooms had space crunch with no hooks inside but had shelf. Bathrooms were neat and clean and Rooms were clean too. The bedsheets were perfect ly cleaned too and without any stains. . Coming to the In-House Restaurant. The food quality was NOT IMPRESSIVE at all but it could be termed as Just about Fine.Cost is a bit on the higher side and You can have foods from outside restaurants(countless restaurants close by). Complimentary breakfast of Poori-Sabji was served Hot and was very delicious. Service was fantastic.The room orders was served at just about perfect time frame. Behaviour of the support staff was good and polite too.I called about 5/6 times to understand the Geyser system and the service boys served me gladly everytime. Front office staffs were just about fine.Didnt interact with them a lot but the minimum interaction with them was just about OK. Checked out next day at 11am.

It is an overpriced hotel. The rooms and food both are overpriced by digha standard. The staff are not well trained and do not the basic understanding of what to say and how to say. Specially the restaurant staffs are very bad mannered. The presidential suite is way above priced .My advise would be avoid this hotel.

Stayed here for weekend trip to New Digha. Walked-in and booked Super Deluxe NAC Double Room (no place for putting extra bed) and was assigned Room 304 upon check-in. We (couple with a child) have bargained hard and got the room at Rs1200/day (incl. tax). The room was neat and tidy, had small balcony alongwith 32'' LCD TV, 1 small refrigerator, AC (however we didn't need A.C). Front desk and room service personnel are having some problem with their attitude. Centralized Hot water was available till late afternoon. Hotel is having generator backup. Room service was pathetic. They did not change the towel, bed sheets on a daily basis. They have an in house restaurant. But foods are below par. They use same gravy for base of multiple food items. Cost is at higher side. They did not provide extra cutlery even on request. Out side eatables are not allowed so security may ask you to get your hand bag checked for outside food items every time you get in with some carry bag in you hand. New Digha beach is located 4 minutes walk from the hotel. Room was supposed to be with sea view and sea is visible in a distance (pics attached). Parking facility with security guard is there but it is outside front of the hotel. Stay only if you can manage the following points : 1> Don't book through any travel website, 2> Book only after seeing the room and bargain hard, 3> Don't plan to check-out after stipulated time as you have to pay hefty extra amount, 4> After settling down, try to do minimum interaction with room service and front desk, 5> Avoid food in the hotel, eat outside or plan to smuggle food inside the hotel (if you can bypass the almost strip search by security), 6> Bring your own cutlery. Overall not a bad stay if you overlook the above mentioned points.

Hotel staff are rude, arrogant,egoist, and are in no way eligible even an iota to deserve to be in service industry. Imagine a waiter offering beer in front of family. Imagine the kitchen staff refusing hot water for infant and arguing shamelessly on the issue in loud voice as if we are their servants or some convicts sentenced in their prison for 2 days. Imagine the bedsheets and towels not being changed for 2 days. Imagine wi-fi not working at all for which they conveniently charged extra. Imagine exorbitant rate of food items and complete ban of taking over outside food to your rooms. Let me tell something, if you do not know how to control your temper, avoid this hotel at any cost because they give you a reason for argument every time you interact with them.

Located in new Digha. Expensive by Digha standards, beds and ac room part is the only plus. Overall maintenance has a long way to go. Restroom in the room was small, maintenance should have been better. Restaurant had no a/c, a single fan was all it has. Food took AGES to get to the table. We finally stopped eating there. Travellers note that Digha doesn't have too many options for comfortable travel, good restaurants so keep these in mind before planning a trip to Digha
