Standard Rooms with average quality. Food quality is good, AC facility is average, Room Cleanliness is average. Room service is average. Overall Facility is moderate quality. Budget Hotel, a good place to stay for weekend gateway.

Hotel Is a couple of metres away from station.. Finest lunch served here .. The hot water served here refreshed us after bathing in the sea. The stffs are caring. I think you gotta stay here for couple of days if u long for a hotel in digha

First the hotel does not intimate you of a cancellation policy it is not even on the official website. This was a leisure trip planned in a day ! We ,a family of three, checked in on 29th May16 in the afternoon . When I entered the room 204 the first thing which shocked me was the bathroom ! There was no hand shower, no commode shower , the commode was dirty so was the seat ! Yuck! For people like us who are used to comfortable bathrooms in our homes , it was hell ! For the price paid for the room 1900/- these amenities were expected . There was no mineral water bottle in the room and no water was given till the time we checked out on 30/5/16. Is this service ? Why wasn't drinking water given? Then there wasn't any tea/ coffee maker in the room and no milk, coffee or tea packets were given ! It is shocking that these are the basic amenities which travellers look for in a "BIG" hotel like this ! Rubbish! There were two glasses given but when I complained that a glass was broken , the hotel took it but did not replace it so we had to manage with only one glass . Since we had booked the hotel for 5 days with an advance of 2000/- when we checked out untimely on 30/5/16 they charged us Rs432/- extra for each day though the reason given was my child's sudden sickness . The hotel has no cancellation policy they just add charges for cancellation on their own . So please don't stay at this hotel ! When we checked in the room was sandy but they refused to clean it saying at since it was located close to the beach we have to stay with it ! There is no housekeeping also , bedsheets and towels were not changed everyday. You get better service n amenities with much lesser price at other hotels . This is really a BAD CHOICE!

Room are clean. Rent is different for different rooms (depending on views available). Normally rooms have balcony to dry cloth, which is a good thing for hotels in sea side. House keeping team is good. Car parking in open area with hotels care is available. Staffs are good. Restaurant is only for boarders, and food to be ordered with certain lead time.Proximity to sea beach, main market. Old reputation.

we stayed here for a night. Sagarpriya is close to the sea beach (5min walk) and also near Digha Station. The room has attached balcony.We didn't have much problem with room services. The bed n bathroom were spacious and clean.They have a restaurant ,we ordered breakfast ,but it wasn't good. The aloo paratha seemed more like plain paratha. For Dinner time we didnt take risk and ate outside. we wanted Sea facing rooms but the glimpse of the sea was not worth taking the room at the tariff they mentioned for sea facing rooms.
