The hotel does not have a lift. This caused problems for my father because our rooms were in the third floor. The hotel is located among several other hotels overlooking the sea. The rooms and the services were good.

This hotel was not up to the standard of a three star property. Our room has old look and interior was quite dull. The service was decent but food was very common. The location was really inconvenient. It was a pretty average hotel.

The hotel service is very bad, reception people is also very bad. They served us stale food. This is our bitter experience.

Room no. 311 & 312 were provided to us but the rooms were terribly smelling bad every time we opened the door to enter the rooms. The toilets had in fact no ventilations

Old hotel, not very comfortable, definitely not a 3 star category... Standard of rooms and hotel is like 1 star..... I paid Rs.2500 per room which was very high price.... Rs.800-1000 is the best price... Irritating staff bothering us for TIP... the entire hotel staff came to drop us for TIP! Water from AC, Toilet stinking. WIFI is available but not for GUEST... So another worst part!! Room which is having 4 beds is better!! Good Point: Location just 2 mins from hotel and just 10 mins from market. Decent food cheap price and taste like home made.

I planned a sudden tour in digha with my family & planned to stay in this hotel as we already stayed here 5 yrs back. But we got a horrible & pathetic experience there in this time. Rooms were dirty. Toilets were unhealthy. Beds were broken. Being tired we decided to stay there with a tariff of RS. 2200/-. But besically it should be 1000-1100/- room as per the condition. We had our lunch there & we astonished that the bill was about Rs. 1800 for 4 persons & we ordered simply bengali foods. The most important think was that the night experience. It was horrible. There were some peoples (5-6) drunken & shouting utterly throught the night in the varanda besides our rooms, it was a very disturbing situation for us as we are with ladies in two rooms & feeling uncomfortable. Unable to sleep, we phoned the reception which was switched off, we tried the land line repeatedly but no one there. Thus we spent a sleepless night with my family, definitely with some fear. Next day morning I complained in the reception, but there attitude was that it was usual & the hotel is for druken people , not for the family. We immediately left the hotel.

Most disturbing by the Room attendants who behave like the professional beggars. In spite of your paying 10% Room Service charge, they frequently knock and enter the room for some pretext or other. Attendants are engaged in 2 different shifts, Day and night. For begging tips they will make your stay miserable. The management is callous and support them. No lift facility.

Just came back from a trip to Digha. We visited on a packed weekend and had pre-booked from Calcutta before we left. Had booked four rooms on the 2nd floor. Summarised as follows: 1. Very dirty bathrooms: not cleaned sufficiently enough even after reminders. 2. Very lazy and incompetent housekeeping staff. Room service staff were just about okay. 3. Very poorly maintained property. Quite dirty ground floor area, where they have the bird cages and aquariums. Aquariums have probably not been cleaned for quite sometime. Cant even see the fish in the murky water and through the stained glasses. 4. Average food, at par with the various restaurants beside the hotel. Quite a few others. But too tired and frustrated to even think about those and list them. last thing. There checkout is 10am, which we found ridiculous. We requested them for a late checkout around 11 am, which they happily agreed. But, around 10.30am we had housekeeping people all over our room, asking us to leave. We had to leave !!! Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. They are probably still in business because they keep getting people in the peak seasons like us, who dont find rooms elsewhere. Only positive is the location...right beside Dolphin and very near to the beach. Horrible experience overall.

It is just near the sea, for this reason I choose it, 2nd reason is the rate for the room, its matchup with budget. At that price they provide colour tv, music system, wifi and many more, bathrooms are nice, the main matter is the behaviour of hotel staff reallyimpressive. Food also is good and low rate
