only problem telephone service..!! no room service telephone no., no technician service phone no.. no any directory of other phone numbers. Otherwise all are excellent. :) another note, I am not like to violation of my privacy by any staff. The room was cleaned during my absence without any notification is seriously violate any person's privacy. I don't like this type of service.

I would say it is the best you can get at a location like Digha. The hotel is relatively new, being less than a year old and hence it has a modern look. I hope as the hotel ages, they are able to maintain the property. The hotel is recommended from my side, the only improvement I can think of is the breakfast options, since the same are limited.

This hotel is perfect for the leisure traveler. The rooms are very clean and well furnished. The bathroom was well maintained. Very clean, had all the shampoos, moisturizers, shower caps etc. Food quality was excellent and room service was good. Only for the breakfast, the service was not up to standard. However, I would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler to Digha.

First of the hotel is not all that great on top of it staff has attitude as if they are the owners of the hotel. They claim that they have wifi service but they dont have it . Staff not even ready to pick up the luggage. Staff has pathetic attitude and they reply back very rudely In all a govt stay is much better than this place

Little maintenance required Little maintenance required

by Arijit_Moumita on November 5, 2016

After going thru quite a few hotels finally chooae this one. The reason being cost and availabilty. Anyways, we reached Digha by bus on saturday and hired a rickshaw to the hotel. The location is behind amravati park, and its quite far from the beach. you might have to walk for 10 mins to reach the beach. The rickshaw guys know the place and got to learn from one of the rickshaw pullers that it was a part of rose valley group of hotels and truely the look of the hotel is grand. So went in to check in, at reception i felt there was somthing missing like decorations or furniture. Anyways the aam pana the welcome drink was refreshing and the staff were welcoming and curteos. Soon we were escorted to our room. The one thing that struck me was, the lobby, the cleaning kits were left out in the open, the wiring hub was left open u can see the make of the wiring cables, the false ceiling was leaking at one place and was removed at another. Basically it was not properly maintained. We were given a room on first floor facing the road but it was not that disturbing. I guess sound and light proofing was still intact and that was a plus. But the moment we steped in a strange smell greeted us like its not being used for sometime and nobody cared to open it and clean it. The other problem was the AC it is centralized and could not find the controls to adjust the temperature. It should have that option. The few of the electrical buttons were hard to locate. The bathroom was spacious and clean but the cleaning staff did not bother to clean the shower cabinet glass. If you can get along with these things u can go ahead with your booking. One thing for sure the bed is nice and soft and you would get a good night sleep. Another thing is the swimming pool and the way to reach it. The pool itself need maintenance as the water is not blue its greenish and you wont feel like to get in. The way to reach it is hard to find and had to ask the staff for the way no signs or markings available. On your way to the pool, you can check out the store room of the in house resturant and the pipeing, the staff toilet and the central air conditioning system. The food is good but very hot and costly. I would advise to eat outside as you will get value for money. Overall i would advise, for one night if you want somthing good but affordable you can go for it and the hotel has seen the good times but its in need of maintenance badly. Sorry no photos to share.

Good hotel but at a distance from beach Good hotel but at a distance from beach

by Debangshu on October 8, 2016

Its a good kilometer or so away from the New Digha beach. The hotel has parking space for 4-5 cars at the front. Rooms are spacious and centrally air conditioned with modern fittings but they lacked a temperature regulator - had option to just turn it off or on. The room service was very prompt and quality of food was good but the complimentary breakfast spread lacked variety. The was a bar at the ground floor which had very loud music playing at night. The swimming pool was under renovation. Overall its average property good for 1-2 nights stay.

"Average property and far off from beach"

by Satyajit D on August 24, 2016

Average property and ok for a weekend stay. The rooms are big but not clean enough. Food in the hotel is overpriced. The hotel is about 10-15 mins walking distance from the beach. Needs a lot of renovation.

they are under remodelling NOT WORTH IT they are under remodelling NOT WORTH IT

by DRpushkar on July 25, 2016

why any one will keep his hotel open when they remodelling and that too in off season, a Digha itself a terrible place for Holiday, full of cheap crowd ,remodelling of the hotel is going on, and its in the worst condition. Although food was good, but the Lassi which i ordered was smelly and bad, the service provided is just average, and the rooms are untidy and premises is not clean. NOT WORTH IT
