We had a very bad experience, front office staff is very unfriendly. We had a face so many problems before we can check in at the Hotel. We had already booked our rooms, but on our arrival, the front office denied our reservation and it took them almost an Hour to finally locate our booking. The rooms were average ... but the staff is very unfriendly. They promised a late checkout .....but never kept their words, they said all rooms are occupied ....but we're giving the check in to walk in clients. On a whole .....average hotel with unfriendly staff.

We reached hotel early morning 5 for which we did reservation from last night thinking we can reach hotel and get our rooms without waiting for check in time. But when we reached hotel, 2 guys at night duty told us that as we didn't arrive last day they gave our rooms to other walk in customers and now they don't have any room available and we had to wait for check in time. I even sent them email reconfirming all this before my arrival. After repeated saying to those people i asked them to call the manager of the hotel. on which they said that he is sleeping. After waiting for almost 30-45 mins one person came and recheck our booking and finally gave our rooms. The rooms were fine, Room service was also ok. Bathroom could be much better as one or the other tap is leaking. Surprisingly those lazy reception person arranged a car for us at Rs 1200/- to Bet Dwarka (Driver was extremely rude and shouting on us when we returned late due to rush time ) They also arranged Auto at Rs 300/- for local sightseeing. At the time of checkout we requested them to give is a room in afternoon for about 1-2 hrs for rest and freshen up as all the places in Dwarka is closed in Afternoon and we had a night train. They said they will try and arrange something. So when we came back in afternoon around 4, they told us no room is available, as we didn't had any other place to go we sat at reception area for almost 2 hrs. While we were sitting lot of walk in guests came and the front desk people offered them rooms also. I did't had any problem, if they would have clearly told us in morning only that they will not be able to give us room, but giving false hope was not acceptable. Overall its a ok type of hotel with unprofessional front desk people.

We moved from the Rudra to here and whilst the room was OK, we made it plain that we had to catrch a bus at 8am just round the corner. We were promised breakfast at 7.30 but the restaurant round the corner was hopelessly disorganised and so we left at 7.70 and demanded a refund of the cost of breakfast. This clearly baffled the guy at the desk so we took his keys to the bus stop. Surprise surprise, a boy on a bike came and gave us 200 Rupees as we boarded our bus. The chap at the desk, had been playing loud music since 6.30am but couldnt organise the proverbial piss-up!

Stayed for a night at Hotel Gopal. We had a mixed feeling between a fairly good hotel to could have been better. Nothing to complain, reasonably fine for the tariff, ideally located to visit places of importance and not far away from good food.

The location of the hotel is good & wifi works well. But we had no soap or shampoo provided & had to ask for these. Also the rooms are gloomy & strangely the key socket to switch on electricity is located across the room from the door. This means that you have to grope your way across the room in the dark trying to find it to switch on the power. Breakfast was promised at 7.30 but this was a complete falsehood & we gave up waiting & left as it failed to materialise. The staff seemed unperturbed by the delay & generally staff were unconcerned about service. Luckily we are early risers & were already awake when the receptionist began playing a loud music video from the computer but I imagine if you weren't awake then this would be extremely annoying. I would definitely avoid this hotel.
