Bad hotel ...........bad staff check for camera in room . Just check in kitchen area all expired item they are getting from cheap prices and using for food .mutton s not used cow .owner is really using bad manner to lady's.....

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever visited. We booked this hotel on a booking website as we were passing through Tirupur for a couple of days. The hotel looks nothing like any of the pictures online and even the hotel lobby is of questionable appearance. We didn't recieve much of a welcoming and taken to see two rooms, neither of which looked like the pictures, and were not very nice at all (or even clean!) The lifts were not even working and we were on the 3rd floor so it was not fun getting our stuff to and from the room. The included breakfast was also terrible and not what we had expected, and if you want anything other than idillies,(which sambar wasnt even available one of the days) they will charge you. When we went to check out at 10am, we were suddenly told to our surprise that we were required to pay for an extra nights stay, completely confused, we questioned why and were told check out was 7am, something neither of us had ever heard of and we were definately not informed of this on arrival! Needless to say after some debate about this, which was delaying us to get to the train, we asked to speak to the manager. The manager was very rude and started to yell at us and make an embarrassing scene. We then showed him our booking which we had on our phone which clearly showed that check out was 12pm not 7am!? We then said we simply would not pay and tried to leave, at that point the staff snatched my suitcase and broke the handle only making the whole situation worse. In the end the manager yelled at us to leave after we phoned the local police and we did so.. a very bad start to our day after an uncomfortable stay, as you can imagine!

I checked out from Ginger Hotel as I found it really overrated compared with the quality of the stay. I came to Brindhavan, thinking that at least I would pay cheap and for good reasons. 670rs for a big non-AC room, not super maintained but tidy and kept averagely clean. If you are budget and want to pay the minimum in town, go for it. If you can extend till 1000rs go for Swaad Hotel, just aside, that offers really better quality non-AC room. Nevertheless, I want to highlight the kindness of the staff and most of all Rajesh that had been really warm and helpful.

If you want one night stay at cheaper cost , this is the option. Very close to railway station and it is in city center. Rooms from Rs.500 is a good option. No facilities in the hotel , it is a basic lodge.

I booked this hotel on seeing pictures in website and the price. It is a horrible place to stay. Totally unhugenic dark, shabby hotel. It is dilapitaed building. Only the front view looks good. Though I biooled hotel in advance and called by telephone, it took aroung 40 minutes for a old man at reception to allocate me a room. I was allocated a room at 2nd floor, The corridors are dark no lights, the carpets are so shabby with lots of dirt, spoiled food etc etcc. The room towels are so shabby tht even you can not see ot. Dirty. They dont even provide a glass of water in the room. I was offered breakfast. But it starts at 7 30 am, which is too late for me. I dod not had break fast. Later on a casual visit to restaurant, I am happy that I did not take breakfast there. A dirty unhygenic restaurants and the people who serves are dirty. The hotel stinks with smell of alcohol, and waste food... do not visit this hoel even they give you free of cost. Dirty dark dungeon... the workt hotel I ever visited in my life.
