Hotel Delite

Hotel has a great ambiance. The reception, lobby, rooms, lifts all were very excellent. Breakfast had good varities and was fine. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. Excellent facilities were available in the hotel and the room.

It took them over half an hour to get us a dental kit and they were plain rude. We called for the kit, it took them very long. We called them again, they answered and hung up the call to our face. And the receptionist was charging for the same hotel dental kit thats usually given complementary in all the hotel rooms.

Stayed here for an official trip. Average hotel rated high . Bed was not good. Wifi was not working properly. Bathrooms had shabby taps. Water was hard water. Ac was working good. Complimentary breakfast was average . Need more service people in th restaurant.

We went to hotel after recommendation from one of our friend. We ordered for food, chef prepared our food. It was amazing. We enjoyed there. Mr. Lalit Yadav manager met to us and taken feedback. He is really charming and enthusiastic. We will refer to our friend. Thanks lalit jee for your hospitality.
