This property is basically one of a kind in this corner of India. The rooms are nice, the restaurant and housekeeping staff are excellent, the food is good, the gym is well equipped and the swimming pool looks inviting. The only thing that takes away the fifth star from this hotel is the reception staff who are consistent only in the level of incompetence they offer across the entire team at reception. I do hope the hotel improves on this area and they can get five stars from all their guests.

Our group of five stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful experience. First off, the rooms are beautiful! Comfortable beds, extremely clean, and modern bathrooms. The hotel itself is in pristine shape. It has a great lobby, restaurant, and pool. I enjoyed the food, and actually thought it was some of the best I've had while traveling in India! But, the best aspect of this hotel is the hospitality. The staff were absolutely amazing and SO nice/helpful. We had two people in our group come down with an illness, and the staff went above and beyond to extend our stay, provide special foods, etc. Thank you for your kindness! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone in the area.

We areanged gujarat state family physicians conference on 5/2/17. We were extremely happy with the ambience of our conference hall. We got the best service and tasty food. Support and guidance from hotel management were fabulous.

It was a business trip for overnight stay however I experienced a great stay here. Location is slightly away from the main city but the place is overall awesome. Hospitable staff, clean rooms, good food, all amenities, airport drop facility etc; you get a good feel of the very professionally managed property.

If you find yourself in kutch and want to have a quality stay look no further. The gap in quality between a 4 or any lower star hotels and a 5 star hotel in India is immense and makes Radisson kandla the only option if you're wanting something decent. The breakfast was ok, however it could have been better. However overall a 5 star

Demo Trip There are only two floors, so not much choice for a floor. Rooms from 226 onwards have better views.
