Location is Nice, but the upkeep of hotel is not there. room had termite and no hot water.

Rooms are very Dirty. The window curtains are not washed for years. The hotel floors are never cleaned. The Rooms are full of dirt and there is no room for any review to give for this hotel. During the Vibrant Gujarat, they had charged around 8900/ per day , and it is like extracting the money out of the situation. I am going to write to the Prime ministers office regarding this extraction. Those who will get into this hotel will repend and be away from this hotel please. With best regards Jayaraj

This is not even a 2 star category hotel. We booked online where it showed 5 Star category. Rooms are not up to the mark. It doesn't look like a hotel at all. Buffet is non existent. No corn flakes just Chocos. No other item apart from idly sambar. Paid 8000 for the room and paid advance so could not change the hotel. I think we were the only guest in this hotel on day one and some more checked in on day 2 and some of them foreigners all cheated by fake category shown online. Never never book this hotel.

The room I got was facing the main pool. Fantastic View and the best part is the food. Awesome spread of food in the breakfast and dinner. The golf course is neat, clean and definitely needs a day for exploration. However, the management can improve upon the upkeeping of room infrastructure.

1. At the time of initial access to the room, the restroom & the lavatory was not properly disinfected making both the living area & rest room stinking. 2. Hotel lacks provision for 24 hours hot water and customers are forced to bath with cold water in the chilling weather. The house keeping/staff team fails to have the courtesy to provide customers an alternate arrangement which sounded more unprofessional. 3. House keeping team & staff attends request of the customers precisely 45 minutes after placing of request by the Customer. 4. Half of the items on the Food & Beverage Menu are not available.

I visited Cambay to celebrate my Hubby's birthday. First of all when I asked for the booking they said there is no room in these dates. Then they told we have only 1 room available. I booked it at the same time. When I entered the resort 80% resort was empty. I requested the Staff to give me Executive room and they were having rooms available as well. But they denied to give it to me. Reception staff started arguing to not to give the Executive room. Even I requested to staff to give me Executive room after few hours whenever it will vacant but nobody bothers at all. This is what they give in return to Members.
