Room was decent. The attitude of the staff was very good; decent n helpful. Overall nice stay.

The room was big with a good view, which was the only good thing. The room service was bad and slow, food was ok. House-keeping was also lacking, bathroom supplies not replinished and no napkins or bathmat provided. also room heater should be provided for cold months. Expected much better for super deluxe category.

It was a horrible experience. This hotel didn't deserve to be a three star property. Right from the room provision to the food quality and service everything was disgusting. I will never visit such hotel.
