As compared to the price of the other hotels on m.g.marg. This is definitely the nice option to stay during peak season. located very near to the M.G.marg and Taxi stand adds the advantage. Hotels rooms were ok. Nice service by the staff. Hotel owner is quite cooperative.

while the hotel rooms are OK. I was surprised to see the top wall of the bathroom is open in all rooms which is disgusting. We could hear the other room occupants using the toilet and its very embarrassing for both occupants. They should seal the gap urgently. Food quality good

Hotel was below expectation, but staff is very cooperative. We stay for three nights but all three nights are in different rooms (Hotel Management and adjustment). One of our group couple has changed the hotel for one night bcoz room condition was not good at all then next day they have changed the room.Though hotel location is good, near to MG road which is good happening place. But you will not feel value for money about hotel, we can recommended only after checking other option.

we book this hotel in a comparative higher price of 4000/- but the room r not up to mark of that price,the hotel door r not opening properly so also the door of latrine.no response from the the staff.every morning we have to call them to open the door.food is not so bad in that price u can get better hotel in gangtok

We visited Gangtok on 25 -27April 2016 and stayed in this hotel. Our first impression was not so good and it remained constant till we checked out. What i liked 1. Dinner on day 1 was good 2. Location of hotel is next to M G road which is happening place in Gangtok. What i do not liked 1. Room was stinking. One of the wall had huge patch of dirt. And this was supposed to be best room in hotel. We asked for change then they shifted us to another room which was 10% better but still below average. 2. Food during rest of the time was below average. 3. We bought American plan but still were directed to another restaurant for lunch on day 1 @ 2pm. 4. Breakfast on 27 was served cold @ 8am. When asked for fresh parathas same old stuff served. I think they cook parathas @7 and serve till 9am. 5. Non veg food is served only after all veg eating customer are gone. So u have to wait until 0930 pm to eat chicken. As a result we ate veg. 6. Dining hall is small. If there are big group then you have to wait to find a table. Overall I will NOT recommend this hotel for families considering cleanliness, food quality, ambience. PS - On 27th Mr. Sanjay assisted in transfer to Darjeeling. Thanks to him.
