1. Extremely poor management & coordination from owner. I booked 2 rooms in the hotel for 3 nights (25-may-2015 to 28-may-2015) through booking.com. After that I called hotel owner, he allotted me room 332 & 333. But after arriving there, experienced that those rooms were not there, they allotted me 2 other rooms, and within 24 hrs of my check-in, they asked me to change 2 times to some different rooms. Later I was forced to check-out from the hotel and move to other hotel after staying for 1 day. 2. Very bad behaviour from hotel owner and manager. They don't consider guest as guest. In one conversation hotel owner told me "This is my property, I have all rights to do whatever I like in my property". 3. Food quality is very poor. 4. I don't know :how booking.com made tie up with this hotel. Suggest booking.com to relook on this decision. Don't at all suggest any traveller to book this hotel and get into hassle.
