The hotel wishes to be a five star property but it has some to go before it gets there. Since these are independant villas surrounded by greenary it has problems of ants and insects getting into villas. A good pest control can easily solve this problem. The dining area needs to be air conditioned. Food quality can be better. Problem of flies here too. UV fly catchers are inexpensive investment, but will improve overall hygine at the restaurant. Mantainance of rooms is tardy. Our Air conditioner was a bit noisy though tolerable. but if is left unattended it is going to be disruptive. Bathroom accsesories were broken, tiles broken and plumbing needs urgent attendance.
