Hotel Landmark Resort in Ganpati Pule was a good experience. Location of the hotel is good. Room service was also good. Food was tasty. All in all a memorable experience.
Hotel need to improve on options on food. There were less guest available during my stay as conveyed by the hotel and due to this there were not all food available as per their menu but to very limited. Overall experience I would say it was Good.
HOTEL WAS VERY NICE WITH GOOD LOCATION. ROOMS ARE VERY GOOD AND THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE.
The services and standards of the Hotel are not as per the rates charged.

Nice hotel, spread in a huge area unused. the rooms are decently cleaned but the property seems to be little old. Excellent room service, decent food (food is not great in Ganpatipule especially for no veg lovers, there are very less options), hot water geysers don't work however the hotel staffs arrange for hot water in bucket whenever asked for. complimentary break fast is good, overall nice place to be in Ganpatipule. Ample parking space for vehicle, you can park beside your room. The best view of sea is from the top most level rooms
We stayed here for 3 nights last week..we were forced to take this one because we decided out trip suddenly and all the other hotels were full.. the property is beautiful and location is great.. the staff however is extremely incompetent.. forget about the services they promise.. you will have a hard time getting basic amenities like hot water and functional air conditioner.. (also the tap water was cold, muddy and rusty in color). For regular stuff like tea or coffee.. you'll probably have to call the room service twice or thrice and they'll still get it wrong..you will possibly have to beg for soaps, towels, toilet rolls etc.. it is a much better idea to find better hotels with better services around the place..
Checkin was @12, we reached by 5 & still room wasn't ready. I had to call room service multiple times for soaps, towels, toilet roll, etc. Kids swimming pool isn't cleaned regularly. While visiting Ganpatipule, if all hotels are full except this then I would like to return home instead of staying here. I asked the reception if they have better category of rooms that might be a bit expensive than VIP Cottages where I was staying then they replied these are the best they have. If these VIP Cottages are best options available here then I didn't even wanted to see others. Rest rooms were very poorly maintained.
Pros: -- Location is prime. -- The restaurant is good and serves tasty food. -- Excellent sea views from top rooms. -- Ganpatipule beach (near temple) is nearby, but the beach opposite to Abhishek Resort (about 10 min walk) is rush-free, so head there. -- Room service is good. -- Very calm and quiet. -- Has swimming pool -- Big rooms. -- Has a double bed and fold able sofa set in every room. The sofa set can be unfolded for one, two kids. -- Prices are reasonable considering size of room, location. Cons: -- It is 20 years old and the property looks beyond its prime time. The location is huge, but only some of it is utilized with minimal staff. Lot of things on the property look unused, decaying, rusting, not maintained (wild grass growing in non-central areas, some trash lying around). -- The pure veg (Vrundavan) restaurant is closed since few years. The existing restaurant (veg-non veg) starts at 7 AM (could not get early tea before heading to beach). Limited options in complimentary breakfast (Bread butter, Sheera and either one south Indian dish (Idli, Utappa) or Poha + Upma) with tea/coffee. -- Located on hill slope and no lift. Need to climb a lot of stairs to reach restaurant, pool, rooms, etc. -- TV plays only 21 fixed channels. Connection is from local cable TV. We were busy site seeing so didn't mind it much. -- Room main power switch, few lights in room did not work, water seeping in corridors. Management did not show intention or do anything to fix.
We stayed in hotel Landmark in the month of March 2016. Pros: The hotel is very close to the Ganpatipule temple. The rooms were clean and decent. Cons: The restaurant with the hotel did not have good food. The rooms were not as beautiful as advertised.
